I am a Barrister in Chambers and am registered with the Bar Council for Direct Access work.  However, like most Barristers the bulk of my work comes through  Solicitors. I have experience in most Courts and Tribunals in both Civil and Criminal cases.

As many Solicitors are now aware it is possible to use the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 in cases involving Bullying at work. This can provide a useful alternative to claims under Discrimination legislation or for stress at work. I have experience in these claims (even before Majrowski !) and can provide advice, drafting and advocacy.
