Clients outside England and Wales
I am a Barrister of the High Court of England and Wales and therefore that is the legal Jurisdiction I work in. However I am experienced in assisting clients outside that Jurisdiction and I offer a comprehensive and personal service to such clients.
Except for clients in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands I do not advise clients who live outside England and Wales if their problem has no connection with England or Wales. However if a client was harassed whilst they were in England or Wales, or if they are being harassed from someone within England and Wales then I can advise and act for the client including, where necessary, obtaining private investigators or reporting matters to the Police.
My charges will be agreed before I do anything and there will be no hidden charges, extra surcharges or unexpected extra fees and all information I receive will be treated in absolute confidence.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands
Where clients live in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands I can advise them, or their lawyers about potential cases under their own (very similar) versions of the Protection from Harassment Act. Such an Advice will take account of all relevant English case law and could be used as part of legal submissions in Courts in these jurisdictions.
