Criminal Charges

If you have been charged with a Criminal Offence relating to Harassment then you must see a Solicitor. For professional reasons I am not allowed to represent you or advise you unless you contact me via a Solicitor. Please note that if you are on Legal Aid and live outside the North West then it is very likely that legal aid will not be prepared to pay for me to travel to represent you.

Police

If you have been visited by the Police and given some form of Harassment warning then it is very likely that there is nothing that I, or any other lawyer, can do.  However if you want me to consider what has happened and to advise you further, or if you want me to draft formal complaints or letters of explanation on your behalf then I can do so but I will charge for this service.

However my charges will be agreed with you before I do anything and there will be no hidden charges, extra surcharges or unexpected extra fees.
